DAY 6

Phew !! We have been traipsing over mountains for a couple of strenuous days. The Misty Black Mountains were foggy and pretty wet yesterday, but as we tackled the decent there was time for quiet and  reflection as little rays of light illuminated a distant hill.
Today we were joined by good friends again, whoop!!! I felt very emotional seeing them waiting for us in Talybont on Usk, armed with snacks and homemade goodies, the kindness of friends - such a moment of joy. We got to the top of Pen Y Fan and we are starting to think we may actually bring the 'bones' all the way home....
